IÂīve got those YU tracks, but got no idea of where they were
recorded... Good stuff, particularly The Basis of Dubenglazy, the must
crazy song of these guys.

Man this website has all the Sacred Baboon tracks (in addition to two unreleased tracks). Oh well, it was a good CD purchase anyhow.

Yeeeeah, fortunately their music is better than they look. Of
course this is a genre not derived from how sexy you are or other
pretentious image issues that plague the pop world.
But perhaps they should get some good artwork on there instead of donning a pic of 5 guys ready to take a break from programming and go to the Daytona 500. All kidding aside, I sure hope they do come out with a new album. I wonder if the guy can still sing? Has anyone seen them at NEARfest? |

I discovered three things in their website: http://mywebpages.comcast.net/mmiller565/yuhome.htm 1) They have some Unofficial Recordings 2) The Basis Of Dubenglazy (While Dirk Does the Dance) was released on a compilation (1990). It's possible hear it in soundclick.com 3) Yezda Urfa is working on a new album (maybe that songs are news!!) Great news, hun?? Edited by Prog-Brazil |

Thanks! Especially since there are no vocals, its difficult to be
certain if this is really YU. One thing I did notice though is that I believe it has quite a bit of Mellotron. Sacred Baboon has none. Not a definitive factor, but curious nonetheless. |

Are they really Yezda Urfa? Sometimes people on these file
sharing programs mislabel songs just because they sound like the a
certain band. Can you post them online anywhere?? Thanks!
