Please some recommendations of tunes about motor cars to fill approx 80 minutes of a burn, so far only have the following mind:

MGB GT: Richard Thompson

Red Barchetta: Rush

Driving In My Car: Madness

(White Car from a parallel thread...........)

('ello John Gotta New Motah: Alexis Sayle is marginal, but please not Tom Robinson)

And whilst you're pondering, how about the theme of  bicycles:

Bike: Syd Barrett & Floyd

My White Bicycle : Tomorrow (and the  Nazareth cover version)

Wheels of steel - Saxon.

You could have planes as well, then you could have 747 (Strangers in the night) from the same album.

You may have noticed that I got carried away a little there, and included some alternate means of transportation.

Of course, well said Greg. Ignore ranger, he is talking from his posterior as usual.
Mind you, I never really liked the Beach Boys early car and surfing stuff. Pet Sounds and Smile are just brilliant.
