I did a search and came up with nothing, but I find it hard to believe that this important question hasn't been posed before: What's everyone's favorite cereal? Personally nothing beats out a good bowl of Frosted Flakes; as we all know, they're great. Edited by Equality 7-2521 - July 19 2006 at 21:04 |

Depends. Usually alternates between Rasin Bran, Bran Flakes, Cinnamon Tost Crunch, and Huney Bunches of Oats.

When I am not on a holiday or a day trip, I start my day with a kiwi (a Zespri from New Zealand), Coolbest grapefruit juice and 2 slices of wheat bread with marmelade (often English). |

...none of the above.....naturally, I go for the typical leftie's breakfast........a bowl of sawdust-flavoured muesli, with added bits from the bottom of the birdcage; topped off with half a discarded sandal, and lightly sprinkled with a few beard hairs........of course it tastes awful, but that's the point.....

A big glass of 2% milk and a Nature Valley Trail Mix bar. (Of course, the necessary French roast coffee when I get to work.)

I happen to be drinking a cup of such coffee at the moment. Good French roast beats most types of coffee! Edited by Philéas - July 20 2006 at 13:39 |

Well if we're not counting only cereal, then I start most often with:
Cup of unsweetened ice tea
Maybe coffee
Some sort of fruit
Some sort of cereal
Eat all of the above while browsing PA and listening to music.
