Jethro Tull - A Passion Play
Opeth - Still life
Opeth - Blackwater Park
Dream Theater - Octavarium
These are the best options of the albums I know from the list.

Octavrium followed by Passion Play.
If all of Foxtrot was as good as Supper's Ready then that would have won hands down but..............!

Foxtrot, Still Life and Blackwater Park are all great albums. I wouldnt bother with Octaarium as its DT's worst album by some margin.

Well, seen as we can vote for as many as we like I would vote for all but the bottom 3 but that would be boring.

If you're fairly sure you like or would like Opeth, you need to get Still Life and Blackwater Park, as those are two of the best albums the band ever made.
Aside from that, you also need to get Foxtrot. Mostly for Supper's Ready, one of the greatest songs ever, but the other tracks are good too.
Octavarium isn't that great, with the possible exception of the title track. Still, not necessarily worth spending money on unless a) you really like Dream Theater, a lot, and b) you've already bought all their other albums and want to complete your set.

Octavarium, if only for the masterpiece that is the title track. Or, if
you'd rather get a cd with more than one amazing track, go with Still
Life.

Stormwatch is one of my favorite Tull albums. Elegy is their best instrumental track ever.

Out of all these, Blackwater Park and Nothing re-release are the most important.
