    Posted: December 21 2006 at 10:18
I have listed the top 25 prog bands from this site:

(There are 200 listed on the site, plus lists for sub-genres, cool site, worth checking out....)

My idea is to take the artists from THIS LIST and place them in YOUR OWN order of preference (Click & Drag into order, keeping their numbers, so we can see how your preference compares to the list)....If you are unfamiliar or not familiar enough with a band/artist to rate it fairly, list the ones you know in order first, then list the others below, indicated that you not rating them for that reason.

1. Yes
  2. King Crimson
  3. Genesis
  4. Emerson Lake & Palmer
  5. Pink Floyd
  6. Rush
  7. Jethro Tull
  8. Frank Zappa/Mothers of Invention
  9. Dream Theater
10. Kraftwerk

12. Dixie Dregs
13. Gentle Giant

19. Gong
20.

21. Tangerine Dream
22. Caravan
23. The Mahavishnu Orchestra

(Kansas is only red because it was that way when I copied & pasted)
