''HALL OF THE MOUNTAIN GRILL'' but that's just a question of taste as there are others on this list that are great as well, like ''WARRIOR......'' ''ELECTRIC TEEPEE'' and more; just a great band (most of the time!!!!)
''PALACE SPRINGS'' is excellent too
......and they're still recording and touring!!!

Warrior on the Edge of Time!
Needless to say, their best release overall was the incredibly, mind-blowing SPACE RITUAL!

Basically, Robert Calvert reads a poem by Michael Moorcock about what would happen (to the human race) and how to avoid harm in 'In The Event of Sonic Attack...' I loved it the first time that I heard it ...30 odd years ago...

If you mean the Sonic Attack album, it's not as good as Levitation but is among the better of their 80s output.
I was going to vote for Warrior but the spoken parts are annoying me at the moment so I've voted for Doremi instead.

Quark is an incredibly underappreciated album. It's the strongest from start to finish, IMO, and the one where Calvert's genius shines through.
