United Kingdom's golden era was in the 70's (No contest!!!) But recently Sweden are on the top!!! But the influence of UK is undeniable

It's the UK for me. I'm delving more and more into '70's prog, but I do like the British neo prog of the eighties. On either case it would be the UK.
Runners up: the albums by Anekdoten and White Willow that I heard are good,and I've been told that Anglagard is very good too, but there's also interesting Dutch, American and Japanese prog.
But the UK is the best.

I was going to try voting twice, but then I thought "I'm falling into that canadian trap of superior thinking that says we must be inferior if no one else says we're superior " Rush, Klaatu, Harmonium ..... Then some 2500 other bands that 30 million canadians haven't let you in on yet

And P.S.Our bands can be further divided beyond subgenres down to languages : english & french. Garolou, Max Webster ....

I say Netherlands. Thus, I'd vote "others European...Which one?", right? Bands I like from Netherlands include: Ayreon, After Forever, The Gathering, Within Temptation. Does Stream of Passion count for Netherlands?
