Should've added metalcore to the poll.
 
 
 
I choose Industrial Metal, I like Ministry and NIN. I do somewhat enjoy hair metal too.
 
 
Nu-metal is simply awful.

I dont get people calling Tool "Nu metal" it is totaly absurd. I have followed them since 91 and have not heard a trace of this thing that they call "Nu metal".
I hate genres, I hate labels I do not even like to use the term "Prog" much less "Nu Metal". These terms limit creativity and turn people off to music they might like just because they fear the label. It is "genreism" and I do not like it!

Well I vote hair metal cause that was the first metal music I listen in the 80's and I still listen to some to extend and at least  once a year.

Judas Priest.
Mottle crew
Accept.
White snake
Europe.LOL
I dislike the other metal's sub genre with the exception of NIN.
