Havnt heard either yet, but I have heard a lot about them and unsurprisingly I do want to get a hold on both of them.
Spending more than I should on Prog since 2005

Grayceon are great, haven't hear Pax Cecilia yet. Are they similar?

^ I guess I'm with you here (though 3 times listened is not enough to judge )...it will hardly change. But the PAXes are pretty close.

I'll go with Grayceon (you can read my review to see why).
The Pax Cecilia are not far behind, but as a whole album, I find Blessed Are The Bonds to have a lesser effect on me than Grayceon.
 
Both highly recommended though.
