I'll be breif,

After Keith Emerson disbanded The Nice to go and form ELP, bassist/singer Lee Jackson formed his own band--Jackson Heights.He first recruited a trio of musicians to record a first unsuccessful album that got him and the rest of the band discouraged.The band split but Jackson put another band together consisting of two multi-instrumentalists but no drummer.King Crimson's Mike Giles and even Ian Wallace(RIP) played on the three following albums as session musicians.
The last record was a concept album about the ladies in the burlesque theater, complete with two drummers and orchestra.It failed to attract the public, despite beign the band's best album.They decided to go on tour to promote it and Jackson asked Patrick Moraz to join up and help reproduce the big orchestral sound.Moraz declined the offer but asked Jackson to form a new band.They recruited ex-Nice drummer Brian Davison (RIP) and thus Refugee was born.

While their music is not 100% prog, it does contain a fair amount of it, on top of some clever pop,psych,folk and of course rock.I believe that they should be in PA based on the music alone and also on the fact that Jackson as been part of two great prog bands;The Nice and Refugee.Prog-related should fit the bill.

See;

That's what I thought;Prog related,not only musically but also historically with names such as Jackson,Giles,Wallace....and the fact that it lead to the formation of a great band,Refugee.

YUp, prog related sounds fine to me as well.

It's been a while since they should've been added. Once Gilesdrums, the group takes another dimension.
