yesterday it happened for the second time (what I could notice) that an album was added twice because the band info page wasn't updated soon.
I added the band Days Between Stations followed by their debut album immediately - and it took hours but the page was still not up-to-date ...  Unhappy
Someone else noticed the band addition, missed the album and added it once more. I strongly recommend to change the caching options for this issue!!

Funny thing, the covers are a bit unalike...almost like one's a work of art, the other is a cheap imitationTongue

There is 2 Horizon's End (prog metal band from Greece) at letter H. One of them is without band picture and bio , and other has picture and full bio included, and is the same band.  So, wich is the good one, i guess yhe one with full bio and picture. Check them out and keep up the good workThumbs%20Up

Umm...I never noticed this...my bad then. But the one without bio and pic has reviews. Maybe we could pass the bio and pic to the other or the other way around.Confused

Edit:

Here are the links:

With bio and pic(the one I added): http://www.progarchives.com/artist.asp?id=3873

Without bio and pic but with reviews and ratings: http://www.progarchives.com/artist.asp?id=2333

Not done yet, still 2 Horizon's End. Now both have pictures and bio, one has reviewers. So the one without reviews must be deleted. Wink

I think it's the caching which has delayed the diappearance. M@x confrmed he'd removed one. Could you remind me if it's still there tomorrow.

Cheers

Now coming back to the initial point ...

I added another band plus albums today, made some corrections afterwards and waited ... it took five hours until the band page was finally updated for the next time! Confused

That means the first version of the band page is online for a very long time and

1. you can't see the added albums (we run into danger to get duplicates)
2. mistakes are staying even if you have corrected them in the meanwhile

That's a really terrible situation!

BTW - I used the add albums hyperlink on the band page
(next time I'll try to add the albums via admin page ...)

Please, do the same with DARKSTAR. I added the albums when I added the artist but then UMUR added the albums as well as it looked like they weren't there. Please delete any pair.

Done already. I reported it to Atkingani the day before yesterday. Tongue
