Topic: Winter Break Haul Poll Posted: January 06 2009 at 20:37 |
So I beefed up my music collection over the holidays, and I'm glad I'm enjoying the classical music more, but I've also gotten a ton of new metal to listen to.
What do you guys think of my haul? Vote for your favorite, or maybe just one that you think more people should listen to.
Note: The Classical ones are all on the same album and listed by composer.
Edit: Dang, I forgot "Raising Sand" by Robert Plant and Allison Krauss, so say something about that one too if you're familiar.

Planetary Duality from The Faceless. Freaking kicks ass.

I'm so delighted to see the last album on that list. Oh, crap, SFAM is on there! Bah, what a torn vote. Let me think about it...

Okay, I made a decision, despite it being a difficult one. In Anima it is.

I'll give my vote to Shostakovich, even though I prefer his 7th symphony to the 5th (or to any other symphony ever by anyone).
