I really liked Up - WALL-E was just a little too schmaltzy for my tastes though I can see the appeal, the rest were just too "American" for me (even Ratatouille)... really disliked Toy Story.
 
Haven't seen Brave, but I am (kinda) looking forward to seeing it (hasn't been released in the UK yet).

Toy Story: Love It
A Bug's Life: Didn't saw it
Toy Story 2: Great
Monsters Inc.: Good
Finding Nemo: Well, I used to hate it when I was a little child but it is a great movie.
Incredibles: Funny as hell. I also love the short movie, Jack-Jack Attack.
Cars: Idiot. Cars that talk. OH MY GOD THAT'S IDIOT !!! But I used to love this movie when I was a kid.
Ratatouille: Great and funny but not as good as the Incredibles or the Toy Story movies.
Wall-E: Good and funny but too repetitive.
Up: Also funny as hell. The Story Plot is great.
Toy Story 3: Perfect Ending for a prefect sequel. Best Animated Movie of the Year.
 
Also, films that were released after this poll has been done:
Cars 2: Worst two hours I had ever spent in my life. Not funny and the plot sucks.
Brave: Never saw it, and probably never will because of the huge dissapointement of Cars 2. But this one seems better.

My vote is for Toy Story. But I love that short animations before the movie, like the old guy playing chess with himself and the one with a boy abducted.

I too vote for Wall-E. In a sense, the story of wall-e feels the most progressive too LOL

I was fairly disappointed with ''Up'', to be honest. Everybody kept making it out to be Pixar's masterpiece, or something. Wasn't even in my top three Pixar films. 

I chose ''Wall-E'', mainly because it's the smartest of all their films so far, and doesn't spoon-feed the audience at all. To go the entire first third of the film with no proper spoken dialogue was ballsy. And it paid off.

Up and Wall-E were funny, although the action sequences towards the end of Up are boooooooooring, and Wall-E overplayed the romance, and I have no soul so huge chunks it were totally wasted on me. Finding Nemo and The Incredibles were probably the best balance of humor and emotion, although I haven't seen them in a long time so I might not agree now, and their peaks are probably not as high as Wall-E and Up. I remember liking Toy Story 1 and 2 at the time, but I watched some of them on Youtube because of Toy Story 3 coming out and they were....not very good. I can see why I liked it as a child, but why did all the adult reviewers love it? Was it just because it was 3D and aimed towards adults slightly more than most children's moviews and therefore MINDBLOWING? Kind of like the special effects of The Matrix and the AMAZING TWIST of The Sixth Sense made everybody love them even though they're both absolutely terrible movies? 

I guess I'll go with Up since that is the one that made me laugh the most, although that's probably not fair since I think I thought it was so funny since I went into it completely blind, so I didn't have any of the jokes ruined for me by the endless commercials like all other Pixar movies I've seen.

I'll vote for Wall-E followed very closely by Up and then the Incredibles. Honestly they're all so great it's hard to compare them.

Funny, I come to the forum after just having watched Wall-E and this is up. We watched Toy Story 3 in theatres a couple days ago and it really struck home, a great movie, and this coming from a guy who usually dislikes movies. I would have to say that Wall-E is my favorite though.

Can't vote for Wall-E because of that little robot yelling "WALLLLLLEEEE" in a whiny annoying voice over and over- and I can't vote for Up because of that strange bird that made REALLY weird noises over and over and over....so.......

my vote goes to Toy Story

When it first came out Monster's Inc. was like one of my favorite movies ever but it lost it's umph.  Finding Nemo is the only one that truly kept it's umph.

The use of "Also Sprach Zarathustra," someone says "My God, it's full of stars," the way everything is consumed through shakes is similar to how everything is consumed through mush, and the shutdown of sorts both have luminous red lights.
