Weird-keyboard-based avantgarde / psychedelic mixture like Gong ... not pure psychedelic prog / space rock really but sounds suitable for PA inclusion, especially as a Canterbury combo, IMHO.

I'll notify Canterbury Team. Thanks, and forgive our belated feedback. Thumbs Up

Not psych? I don't hear any Canterbury in this tbqh. I'm going to go ahead and throw this to the psych boys anyway, to see what the rest of the team has to say.

That's cool whatever case it might be, Canterbury scene is a huge enigma as a genre for me so space was sort of first thing that came to my mind. I'll leave other two samples here so the whole album is in this thread for evaluation.

not space rock as such - close to Gong and Egg this is more in the canterbury vein though
definitely a candidate for addition Clap

From french progressive encyclopedia :
"A trio -organ, bass, drums- with a saturated organ sound in the same vein as the groups from Canterbury (EGG, SOFT MACHINE, CARAVAN) and an inspiration parallel to these groups. A purely instrumental music in which the organ is particularly shown to advantage during long, complex and elaborate developments."
BeGiantForADay

"This British band is just the cup of tea for aficionados who demand virtuosity, progress and originality in their mix."

Trio from France, Jean-Michel Valette (synthesizer, guitar), Marc Perdrix (bass), Charles Bevand (drums) which formed in Oyonnax and released one album on a private label Calypsia in 1978: http://www.discogs.com/Ocarinah-Premi%C3%A8re-Vision-De-LEtrange/release/3301617 .
