Bruford, Collins, Mason, White, Vander...impossible to choose.
|
I am currently digging:
Hawkwind, Rare Bird, Gong, Tangerine Dream, Khan, Iron Butterfly, and all things canterbury and hard-psych. I also love jazz!
Please drop me a message with album suggestions.

I am waiting for the flute poll without Didier Malherbe?
Of the listed inferior drummers Collins (although Barlow is good too). |
I will try to make up for it in the Fav Contrabasson Player poll!

Bruford, Barlow, Peart and Palmer are all more or less tied for me. I'll vote for Neil though.

Neal Peart is probably the drummer who i find myself noticing the most when listening to the music and actually really enjoying the variety of different things he delivers.

The question is your Fav Drummer. Not necessarily the best drummer.
I vote for Bill Bruford who is, coincidentally, my favorite drummer and the best drummer!
From Yes to King Crimsom to UK to Genesis to Earthworks and on and on.
His touch and style are one of a kind. No other drummer comes close.
