Busy with censorship issues I guess!

I never post anything anywhere without doing more than basic research, often in depth.

The deadline for voting is January 31st. So I would say the votes will be tabulated and posted in the first week of February.

I didn't want to pressure you to post it that quickly so I went vague.

It is indeed collaborators only.

Look forward to it whenever the time may be. Jesus....what a great year in Prog (2013) Anyway. I have a feeling that Comedy Of Errors Album (Fanfare for Fantasy) will crack the top 10. I'm really happy for those Glasgow Neo/Prog Gentleman. Well done.

It will be sometime at the start of February 2014, I'm assuming! Final lists need to be posted by January 31st, 2014, so it will be sometime just after that. I know there's always a couple of albums that get a release in December, so it's very easy to dismiss them if a decision about the Top 10 had to be made within a few weeks after them!

It was a great year, but I'd be surprised for Comedy of Errors. I don't think the band will get the needed support to get that many points.

It was a great year, but I'd be surprised for Comedy of Errors. I don't think the band will get the needed support to get that many points. | Maybe so, but I think they have got quite a bit of great support and high accolades here on PA already. :) Not bad...not bad at all. Think the way f&f is rated here is appropriate. The album blends modern and Retro Neo/Prog styles so well. I love it when their is a solid blend of the young and old. Makes for interesting music in my opinion. Unreal City (RPI) did the same thing with La Crudeltà Di Aprile. I think that album should get some more exposure and should crack PA's top 10 for 2013. Just my opinion though. Nothing more. :)

The Top 2013 list is decided by the "Collaborators"? Huh! So, do the "Collaborators" listen to all of the 2013 releases or do they just cherry pick the artists they happen upon, those they particularly enjoy and therefore evaluate, or those with the biggest names in the business? Herein lies the problem with these polls. There is no way all albums released during a given year are given fair evaluation by the "Collaborators" in such a process. It's silly.
I think the "Collaborators" should note the criteria surrounding their evaluations? For example, "I listened to these 50 albums and like these 10 most."
I've heard some fantastic albums by artists who aren't listed on the 2013 top 100 and rival the top 5 albums on the 2013 current list of albums.

Yea we will wait until every single album released in 2013 is listened to by everyone many times. Get back to you in 2015.
It's simply a list of the favorites among the more higher ups here. That's all.
If you want your opinion heard on a list that isn't even on the main site, devout more time to the website.

Oh man, you're kidding. Did they genuinely censor an album cover?

Sadly, yes. Max got a notice saying that google ads would be pulled if the "lewd" content was not removed. It's utter bullshiet, but we need the ad revenue to stay on the web.
