At least Genesis incorporated clever time sigs on Turn It On Again.
Chicago - Hard To Say I'm Sorry. Nah, they went Pop way earlier, like Saturday In The Park earlier. Still had their Prog moments though.

I just realized I missed Twilight from the list. Oops.

If the option was "Pseudo Silk Kimono / Kayleigh" I would have voted for it, but without it's intro Kayleigh looses half it's appeal. As it is, I don't know, I know many of those songs very much, others not so much, and a few I don't even know.

Marillion
Dig me...But don't...Bury me
I'm running still, I shall until, one day, I hope that I'll arrive
Warning: Listening to jazz excessively can cause a laxative effect.

...then, there's this one!

Asia is the self-titled debut studio album by British rock band Asia, released in 1982. It was Billboard's #1 Album Of Year for 1982. The album contains their biggest hit and signature song, "Heat of the Moment", which reached #4 in the US on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.[3]

Still, I voted for Genesis.  Confused

Marillion Kayleigh

When he rides, my fears subside.
For darkness turns once more to light.
Through the skies, his white horse flies.
To find a land beyond the night.

A great song from a great album.

I voted Owner Of A Lonely Heart BTW. Even after 30 years I still put on the volume of my car radio when that song is being played.

^ By far the worst track on Famous Last Words really. It should've been left off the album and only released as a 7" single.

I went for Turn It On because at least it wasn't some kind of mistake...
Released date are often when it it impacted you but recorded dates are when it really happened...
