Led Zeppelin, I do think their music is way more consistent in quality than other bands from the same era (especially thinking of Deep Purple and Black Sabbath, since they are the ones I know more). Even if you don't take into account albums published after Led's Coda.

The Blue Oyster Cult, and then Zep, Purple and UFO. But Robin Trower's Bridge of Sighs is the tops!

I recently purchased the CD box set of the first three BOC releases so with that fresh in my mind they got my vote.

Led Zeppelin, with Black Sabbath a distant second.

SABBATH! Their first six albums were the most consistent but of course there are tons of other great bands from that era

Love Deep Purple, Sabbath, Zep, and Uriah Heep. I'll go with Sabbath though.

I like all of those ...to some degree....but Zep and BOC are my two favorites on that list. Push comes to shove I'd probably take Zep. Tough choices....
