hmmm..
saying I adore Sprit of Eden is like saying I adore Raff... if it wasn't likely to runaway with this.. it would get my vote out of the gate. Along with Tio Bitar my absolute favorite 'modern' prog album.
IQ.. ehh.. I tried that when it was released.. just not my thing
the other 2.. I be checking those out and the winner of that likely getting my 2nd place vote.

Leprous over Motorpsycho, people?
I thought Talk Talk would win this, or at least follow Motorpsycho to the next round, but I should've expected neo and metal fans to come out and defend their beloved sub-genres' honours.
Anyway, my vote goes to the brilliant The Death Defying Unicorn, and I'll just leave this here for those not convinced by the vid in the OP.

Thankfully it looks like Talk Talk has this in the bag, so time to vote for Motorpsycho. The Bearded Bard is right; that album is an album of the decade candidate for me.

Listened to Talk Talk & Leprous so far, Talk Talk was pretty good, reminded me of David Sylvian's solo stuff, I could see buying that if I ever dug out of my current to buy list. Leprous was nice enough metal but I didn't find anything particularly grabbing me, it's not really edgy, dark or extreme enough, a lot of it sounds 'safe'.

2 to check here.. will be next to impossible to steal the vote from Talk Talk.. but hey.. I haven't voted yet for a reason. It can be stolen.. not that it matters here haha.
Going with the Motorpsycho album first as that one sounds more to my tastes...

I have been.. and enjoying it. Trust me...
listener fatique though ... with ADHD listeners like me it is real.. it is valid concern. Why I am such a fan of traditional album lengths. Give it to me hard and fast.. Micky style. Hit me and don't give me a chance to let my mind and attention wander...
