I'm coming to the sad realisation that most of my favourites were previously eliminated in favour of dreary sludge. Yeah, never much of a Traffic nor Winwood fan though anything Winwood was bound to impress the ladies and so one persevered. At their best, soaring gloriously but oh dear they could plumb soppily sentimental depths that even Crosby Stills and Nash failed to reach. Mind you the title track of HHB is one of those moments that could sway me. Smile It really is a ripper but overall there is still too much drippy hippy sh*te. All of which annoys me greatly cos I would have liked to give Traffic the vote. Not that it matters by the looks of things.

Then again Yeti is the kind of thing that was the coolest of cool 40 years ago but now ? Somewhat leaves me cold. I once had it on vinyl but lack of turntable put paid to that so downloaded a copy for previous round(s). Cannot say I really want to listen to it again. Especialy those stoopid vocals.

Damn, Monday morning blues I guess. Not enjoying anything much. Grumpy mildly hungover rodent.

Soooooo ... awftruckit, they have no hope so Traffic I guess.

Aargh!! This is difficult. I not only like the Traffic album, but Steve Winwood was a key figure in keeping one of my favorite groups alive; Jade Warrior. Anyhow, I'm going with Yeti all the same for its inventiveness.

I really dig Low Spark, yet Yeti is Yeti, so Yeti it is.

Yeti does not need my vote, so I can cast a useless vote for the beautiful Low Spark.

Traffic, The Low Spark of High Heeled Boys.

Master James of St. George.
Of the fields and the sky.
He used to build castles of stone, steel, and blood.
But lines get broken down.
