My favourite solo efforts by both artists. And both albums were released in 1976.
An initial vote goes to Olias of Sunhillow.

Please vote.

To me, Jon the solo artists never came close to matching Olias.....great stuff.  In fact, even Jon's stuff with Yes after 1976 rarely touched the beauty of Olias.

I like to feel the suspense when you're certain you know I am there.....

Cripes.....I haven't played either one of those in so long I can't recall what they sound like...not even sure if I own a copy of the Wakeman album.

Olias, but Six Wives, Fish Out Of Water, One Of A Kind, and The Steve Howe Album all would've beaten it.

Yes, Olias marks Jon Anderson's highest moment. After that, things were never up to par.

As Olias is one of my favorite albums ever, it easily wins my vote. I also enjoy No Earthly Collection quite a bit, but it is not even in the same league for me.
