The thread about albums from 76 and 77 made me think that the epics out of those albums could be a nice match, so which one do you prefer?

Awaken, by far. One of the best songs Yes ever recorded.

Awaken - Yes. Possibly their last truly great epic to match the earlier ones.

The Best ... and as much as I love Dogs and 2112, Awaken tops them easily... Ant other Yes song would get beaten against those two challengers IMHO, of course

Awaken.
Don't be surprised if it wins this poll!

Three fantastic pieces of music, it's indeed a hard choice. Not by much but I'll go with Awaken.

I love Yes. A lot. But "Awaken" is vastly overrated. "2112" for me.

This---Awaken besides being Jon's fav piece of Yes---is a powerful prog masterpiece---the guitar work is gorgeous ---showing Howes amazing abilities---and Rick's powerful keys ---also love what White does throughout . Also believe what Moraz said--that big finale build up where the chord changes are so in your face--"Master of time setting sail"....part----Moraz said he came up with that before being booted out.

This is a tough one. I like them all for different reasons. The beginning of 2112 through the Temples of Syrinx awesome but I feel it drags out a little after that so it was a toss up between Awaken & Dogs. I went with Dogs but ask me tomorrow & it will probably be Awaken.

No, I know how to behave in the restaurant now, I don't tear at the meat with my hands. If I've become a man of the world somehow, that's not necessarily to say I'm a worldly man.

"Awaken," but depending on my mood, I could vote for "2112," too. Either one over "Dogs."

I guess for me it would be Awaken just over Dogs... and then a bit behind 2112. I love them all, though.
