All are great, but Yes & Genesis. Now, how about a poll with the combinations of pairs between Yes, Genesis, and King Crimson? That one would be a hard one.

Yes, you should. But I still think Genesis/Yes will win, because for example if you put there King Crimson/Gentle Giant vs. Genesis/Yes, I will vote Genesis/Yes. And I believe although I will vote Pink Floyd/King Crimson, there will be lots of those who not vote them because of Pink Floyd (and also just for the reason Genesis/ Yes are the most favourite bands here). Anyway I voted KC/Rush, I think Genesis and Yes are better than Rush, but KC is just so much better than Genesis and Yes and I really also love Rush seventies albums.

Maybe Genesis/KC vs Yes/Pink Floyd (or Gentle Giant)?

I love Genesis (until Hackett left) and Rush; like some Yes (Yes Album, CTTE, Relayer); loathe King Crimson bar the odd track.
So option 1 for me.

Even though I voted for Yes and Genesis, I like these four bands a lot.

Two random guys agreed to shake hands. Just Because. They felt like it, you know. It was an agreement of sorts...a random agreement.

I never thought I would say this but I can't vote on this one.  King Crimson is my favorite, but all the others are too good to say one is better than the others.

King Crimson > Yes > Rush > Genesis

Now how many posts do I have to make until I can vote in these polls?

Edit: Turns out this one was the last. Ah, the irony.

In this case, GG/Crimson or Floyd/Crimson would've been my easy choice. Smile

Honestly, if it had been Yes/Rush vs Genesis/Crimson, this may have been a challenging vote ... but I like Yes more than Crimson and Genesis more than Rush, so this is easy.

Ha-ha-ha! That was a good one!

No, wait...you're actually serious aren't you?

Please, expound. What, praytell, has been said that would cause you to come to the inane conclusion that anyone here has a "narrow appreciation for music"?  This should be amusing.
