Rain Tree Crow - Rain Tree Crow (1991)

Rain Tree Crow was Japan's only reunion album, not entirely unlike what they did in from 79 to 81, but it sounds more like something from David Sylvian's Gone to Earth or Secrets of the Beehive.

Alas this is last album I have added from them. They started to get really boring I'm afraid. Rel. 2007 Feb. Maybe I'll change my mind on relistening.

What do you get if you take a great drummer – ad a handful of industrial Rock, a glass of late era Crimson and a spoonful of Jazz/Avant, topped with Sylvian’ish dark calm vocals,  Bill Rieflin’s  - Birth Of A Giant from 1999.

With Robert Fripp, Trey Gunn, Chris Connelly, Pamela Golden, Alexandria Quartet, Mark Walk, Steve Ball.

As many may know Rieflin’s joined King Crimson many years later than this project.

During the process of creating above mentioned: Birth of A Giant,
Bill Rieflin, Robert Fripp and Trey Gunn recorded some sessions. To be released as The Repercussions of Angelic Behavior.

Here we got a more direct prog rock album, stripped of the industrial rock from Birth of A Giant.
It is instrumentals sending thoughts in direction of KC's "Projects".
