Formed in 2016, Trapézio brings some freshness on Brazilian music scene, combining prog and electronic elements with eastern music.

Band Biography

“Trapézio is a duo from São Paulo, Brazil, formed by Ale Alferes (vocals, èrhú and acoustic guitar) and Felipe Zacchi (vocals and keyboards). Their debut album "Ab-" was released in 2018, with Leo Nicolosi as producer and instrumentist on some tracks. The album describes an individual's awakening of consciousness and it is divided into three parts that illustrate the duo's diverse influences, such as electronic folk, art rock, classical music and Chinese music elements. Èrhú (a traditional Chinese violin) is one of the protagonists of the album, which flirts with visual theater and provides different sound textures to be tasted, preferably, with our eyes closed.”

Pedro Cobra, director of PlastikOnírica Puppet Theater Company, BRAZIL
