Went to the local record shop to look for old vinyl. The young guy who owns it always seems to get some good old proto prog and prog in for me.

Shopping at Hi Voltage Records in Tacoma this past weekend

....came home to find a box on my porch with these beauties in it from BlueNote Records

It has been a year since I had been to the store I posted above, last record store I went to was in January 2020.......I had no desire to go to a store where people had been handling records and then me going right behind them. I highly doubt all the records touched get cleaned, makes no sense. So I had to only buy online which I hate for used records.....

I don't take vitamins but I did start working out more and especially walking about 2.5-3 miles each morning and lost about 25lbs since Sept 2020.......Reducing my processed sugar intake by over 90% has also helped. It's crazy how much added sugar is in everything we touch.

I usually only buy digital downloads, but recently I discovered the Japanese band, Outer Limits, and I could only find their material on CD. Greg at Syn-Phonic supplied me with "Misty Moon", "A Boy With the Magical Bugle Horn", and "The Scene of Pale Blue".
