As I thought, they s is a very tough one. Great albums from Ayreon, It Bites, Martin Orford, Moon Safari and Frost*
Today I pick The Tall Ships, such a fabulous comeback album after 19 years😎 |

Thieves' Kitchen were a late entry who stole David Gilmour's place in the poll.

Interested to hear your thoughts on this album Christi - I’ve always thought of it as two separate albums - Essence is a great disc spoilt somewhat by HITR itself, which I just don’t like (plus the terminable jam thing). Essence and Liquidity are both gorgeous! Then THS is another poor mish-mash of songs that I just don’t get on with, so as a whole double album it’s way down the Marillion panthen for me…. What are your thoughts?😊 |

I think it was one of the last reviews i wrote. I like the album a lot, not as good as Marbles, but a huge improvement, step forward compared to the previous one - Somewhere Else. A bit uneven, some songs really stand out, on both parts. |
