I know it’s sheer madness right. I’m awake again at stupid o’clock so I’m having my first coffee of the day and deciding which cd to listen to first. I’ll get back to you on that one in a few. Minutes.

Mental Health Services here in Wiltshire SUCK!!!! As I’m in a situation that as been completely ignored and is constant for ages. Yesterday was the worst day so far since the beginning of my stable period as unexpectedly exhausted it’s self out. I’ve been unable to contact anyone from the primary liaison care team. Plus I’m running out of the medical meds and so. I’ve reverted back to binge eating and self harming myself physically. So far I’m actually also isolating myself from contact with even family members who’ve always been there for me. It’s best for me to stay away from people when. I’m in this situation, because the other way isn’t good for those family members to be in harm’s way. Even the usual suspects aren’t able to fix’s the problem.

Of the new Cross albums that I have at the moment Gaze 2015 is my favourite one. Original album was released in 1996. I’m surely glad it as been remixed and restored in 2015. The guitar work is excellent and the bass is really impressive well in fact the musicianship is extremely impressive. Don’t know if there’s any other people here that are. Fans of the band.
