Jon Anderson, Annie Hallam, Peter Gabriel. When they could still sing, I could have voted for Geddy Lee and Ian Anderson as well.

There have been so many very good vocalists, not least Italian.

I had to look him up. I'm not much of a fan of Symphony X. I have one cd by them, The Odyssey, and it skips. Oh well. They are a band that I just never got around to except for that one. Thanks for the mention though.

David Bowie, Peter Gabriel, and Steve Hogarth. I can't hear or eat after I've experienced a dododox.

He also sings on many Ayreon/Star One albums. IMO the best “traditional” (non-growling) singer in the Prog Metal domain.

I'd certainly put Björk and Kate Bush on top positions of my list. From those listed Annie Haslam & Peter Gabriel. Many more great singers on that list but only three votes, one for "Other".

You could have (and still can). I said up to three votes which means you can vote for three different artists (just not more than three).
