Thin Lizzy fans would never forgive me if I gave their Live and Dangerous album the same rating as The Nolans. Tongue

Another vote for Live and Dangerous, with special consideration for Gary Moore's Back on the Streets. Gary has a number of killer solo albums.

It must have been written in the stars that I'd neglect to include this excellent Irish album in the poll, but I'm Getting There. Embarrassed

4 stars 1978: Jimi Slevin & Firefly - Getting There

4 stars 1978: Sally Oldfield - Water Bearer - http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=OLAK5uy_kjwVHmuTRYpZDBsKB5oYq5C-yaRYZKKXc

It's no bad reflection on Sally Oldfield's charming debut album that two of her best albums were still to come in the mid-1990's. Heart

I don't remember Paris in '49, but I do remember this song from '79.....

Gary Moore & Phil Lynott - Parisienne Walkways
