Aye.
Not easy.

Put on your thinking caps.

Psychedelic artwork would be things like arabesques, paisley, flowers, bad trips and traums.

I have two or three in mind...."Phantasmagoria"....

Arzachel is one of the first that comes to mind for me.

EDIT: While this might be seen as a surrealist rather than a psychedelic cover (the album itself has psych qualities) I posted this for it's "psychedelic-like" (to quote the topic's title) attributes which include from the OP "psychedelic artwork would be things like arabesques, paisley, flowers, bad trips and traums." To me it relates to that for sure.

Liquid Tension Experience 3 can be worth a mention but I'm partial.

I probably should not post again as this kind of topic is a spam magnet, but...

No, I know how to behave in the restaurant now, I don't tear at the meat with my hands. If I've become a man of the world somehow, that's not necessarily to say I'm a worldly man.

The cover art or the music?

BTW, I checked out your avatar on Bandcamp, although I haven't yet listened to any of their music. They do seem to be very much into "fuzz".
