Hi,

Can anyone help?

I'm looking for artists whose style is similar to Jane especially their Together album, mainly the songs like Daytime & Try to Find.

Appreciate the help!

Thx.

Never heard it. Can you post a link?
I stand with Roger Waters, I stand with Joan Baez, I stand with Victor Jara, I stand with Woody Guthrie. Music is revolution

Together is jane's debut album. It's quite unique in their discography, what they did next is not the same, plus they started their Eloy impression at some point.

Daytime is one of my favorite songs from them and one of my favorites in general.

Hi,

Interesting that JANE is being compared to ELOY. Always thought they were different, and while one could say that JANE was more song oriented, it seems likely that ELOY was more into a conceptual idea for their music. Both are really good, although I think that JANE was/is a better fit the the early FM radio stations in America, with their rock sound a bit more familiar to our ears.

Both bands are very good, and I suppose that I prefer JANE over ELOY more often than not, and still have the albums, and love them dearly!

Not sure that TOGETHER is their best album, but it is very enjoyable. Their first 7 albums are very enjoyable and the LIVE album is really fine, as is their FWEA album ... By comparison, I think that ELOY kinda changed some, and JANE was more consistent with their work in my book!
Music is not just for listening ... it is for LIVING ... you got to feel it to know what's it about! Not being told!
