Drugs, whether soft or hard, are for privileged 1st world citizens. In ny 3rd world post-Soviet Slavhole, ordinary people can't afford this stuff, therefore regular cigarettes and cheap booze are way more common. :v

Not exactly true. Indigenous cultures have been ingesting plant and animal extracts throughout history to experience altered states. Colonizing powers have simply taken these compounds and processed them. But i'll stop commenting about all this now since this is a report SPAM thread.
