let's just stay above the moral melee
prefer the sink to the gutter keep our sand-castle virtues content to be a doer as well as a thinker, prefer lifting our pen rather than un-sheath our sword |

Hi all,
Just wanted to share that my new album Do You Dream of Luminous Things? is now out and streaming everywhere. It’s a concept album of sorts that explores themes of environmental collapse, AI consciousness, and existential grief—wrapped in a blend of space rock, modern prog, and a bit of punk energy. Influences include Steven Wilson, Pink Floyd, and Kate Bush, though hopefully it still sounds like its own thing. There are narrative threads running throughout, and it’s designed to be listened to as a whole—though individual tracks do stand on their own. If you're into concept-driven, emotionally heavy prog with cinematic leanings, you might enjoy it. You can listen here: bit.ly/jamie_parker Would love to hear what you think if you give it a spin.
