Last poll of the 1st round for the Classic polls!! Clap

Last up.  Poll #32.  One vote, top 2 vote getters move on to 2nd round. Vote for the album people.. not the group. If you don't know the album, ask, google, youtube it. Lots of great music here man...

From England..  in the dictionary under 'progressive' they should have this group LOL

Roxy Music!!!

my favorite from the Spanish scene. Hell yeah...

Mezquita!!! ClapClap

From ... a bunch of places I think.. oh well.

Weather Report.

and last.. but certainly not least.  One of the greatest mellotron prog albums (hard and heavy category). From Italy..

Museo Rosenbach!!!

Mezquita I'm not familiar with yet. Will most likely end up going for WR or Roxy.

I voted Museo Rosenbach but it didn't go through because of the error.

I suspect there is a glitch that prevents people from voting in more than a certain number of polls. Yesterday I managed to vote in 13 polls, and started getting the error message on my 14th try. However, after cleaning my cache and logging in again, the remaining votes went through perfectly.

Mezquita's Recuerdos de mi tierra is a great, great album, but can't beat Museo Rosenbach.
I'll keep my vote for Mezquita...

I voted from Classical #17 until #30 without a problem... 14 polls in a row. Smile

I wouldn't vote more 13 without clearing cookies, internet history before voting in the last 3.  Then again, I'd just stagger the votes.  I've yet to have a single problem.  A few votes here.. a few votes there.

The thing is, if you try to vote there again, you will get a "You have already voted" message - which means you will have to express your vote in a post in order to have it counted. This is something that only the webmaster can fix, though clearing cookies will stop it from happening it repeatedly.

again... I would do 12 votes if you want to 'machine gun' vote and not stagger out your votes... then clear your cookies and history.. then vote in the remaining.  Again..  if they don't show.. I'm counting them if I know about them, posted in the thread polls,  and of course if you are voting for albums I love LOL

Mezquita were great.Thumbs Up Gotta look into them. I've always thought Zarathustra was one of the most overrated RPI albums. Weather Report's earlier albums were better. So this goes to Roxy and this could arguably be considered their single greatest song ever:
