We have 15 albums from 15 different sub-genres. All ranking 45th in their respective subs based on a search done here.
One vote.

Not nearly as good as the last poll in my opinion but I can still pick five I really like from these bands. Gong, Catherine Ribeiro, Rialzu, Circus and Ragnarok. Going with Rialzu today.

I go for the RIO/Avant present this time and vote for Sleepytime Gorilla Museum ahead of Faust, Gong, Mike Oldfield.

1. Ragnarok - Ragnarok
2. Circus - Moving On
3. Focus - Moving Waves
4. Mike Oldfield - Return to Ommadawn
5. Catherine Ribeiro + Alpes - Paix
6. Therion - Vovin

The best SUB line-up so far. There's nothing in this poll I don't like.

Lots I really like here, but I knew I wanted to go with Catherine Ribeiro + Alpes' Paix.
Watching while most appreciating a sunset in the moment need not diminish all the glorious sunsets I have observed before. It can be much like that with music for me.

Some tough listening for me with your top two. I'm weak. That Oldfield album seems interesting. I thought it was a re-recording but it's not.

Come on Paul! The best? And you like Therion? I honestly have never heard their music so I can't say too much. Love your pick though. I always had a thing for that album cover.

Are you sure? It's been a while since i spun it but it was my favourite by them once upon a time. I actually thought if any album is going to standout here it's this one.

I'm glad to hear you're fond of Faust's debut album. Honestly I struggle with it myself. It's just a little too out there for me, but obviously not for you. We both voted for Ragnarok too:)

I should have said, out of the albums I've listened to, there's nothing in this poll I dislike. I haven't listened to Faust's first album yet, but I suspect if it's too "out there" for you, then it'll be too out there for me too.

Normally, Focus would be top of my list, but there are so many great albums to choose from here, including my favourite album by Catherine Ribeiro + Alpes and the first album I've ever liked by Therion.

If you ever give it a listen, I imagine it would become a contender for the worst album you've ever heard.
