Topic: BEST PROG/related ALBUM OF 1973 Posted: March 03 2007 at 08:40 |
hmmm, Dark Side for having the most influence outside of England. This is the one that the legend was made of in America, Europe and worldwide.
could have included
Todd Rundgren/ Todd
Axis/ S/T(GRE)
Thirsty Moon/ You'll Never Come Back(GER)

I voted for Henry Cow's Legend, but Samla's Måltid, Magma's Mekanïk
Destruktïw Kommandöh and KC's Larks' Tongues in Aspic are very good
aswell.

Io Sono Nato Libero is my favorite out of those. Great compositions, playing and vocals on all tracks! Too bad I can't understand Italian....

To me, this one's between DSOTM and SEBTP, and I must admit that I prefer the latter.

SELLING ENGLAND, with LARK's TONGUES, DARK SIDE and the HATFIELDS not far behind. What a year! It also brought us Lou Reed's BERLIN! And didn't you forget the much-maligned TOPOGRAPHIC OCEANS?
