Yep. Code red has been issued for an area from Zeeland to Groningen and west of it. But it does not rain and the temperature is at a nice level: 17°C.

Holland is the place to be - or so it would seem. Personally, I could think of far better reasons to visit the country than the weather though...

It's been raining here in the northern part of Jutland, just like the last couple of days actually. The cars outside my window all sound like their aquaplaning across the tarmac. It's so noisy that I've had to turn the volume up on my stereo quite substantiallyBig smile

Stay-in-the-apartment-weather today. Do a lot of reading, only not the kind one really wants to read (ugh having to read up on 'relations' and how we utilise and go about them in the first years of our lives - and how we then as child educators can use this information in our daily work. Probably written by some punk who has never set foot in a kindergarten in his lifeErmm and I gotta read this bs....I'd rather rather poke myself with a javelin to be honest).... I wish Aldous Huxley was required reading in pedagogy.

There is currently a really hard wind blowing here and yesterday a tree in front of my house basically split in two from it.
There was also quite some rainfall today.

Ferocious St Jude storm lashes Britain...

In Southern England the damage is the worse we've experienced for many years...

^That sounds terrible.

The winds have also increased here, and the rain won't seem to quit today, and I was stupid enough to go out for a bike ride earlier.... I can't help it, I get nuts from being confined to an apartment all day.

Today is actually a pristine Autume day. No rain just beautiful cloudy skies with orange and red leaves everywhere while the temperature is a solid 12 degrees. It's a beautiful day for a Fates Warning Concert!!
Gimmie my headphones now!!! 🎧🤣

That's sounds like a wonderful excuse to stay inside and listen to plenty of Prog.
I love days like that..cold wet and dreary. Perfect day to Prog hibernate and you won't feel guilty missing out on good weather! :)

It’s raining tigers and wolves, and Zeus or Thor or whoever it is puts on a hell of a show. It’s nice for a while, but we’ve had a lot of this lately and now it’s getting a bit boring.

I say nothing is nothing
