Since Rush didn't make an album in 1979 i can now vote for something else  And the only thing I've heard on the list is The Wall. So I'll vote for that, though I do want to hear Art Zoyd, Univers Zero, and Bill Bruford.

Not a good year. Prog was weakening all the time.

Undoubtly for me, The Wall
Force Majeure comes close in second, an excellent album from the Tangs, and also Heldon's Stand By
