yeah...that's the problem with noise realy. at it's best it's harsh and things that are harsh aren't really happy feel good things and when I say problem I don't an actual problem, juts to be clear

yeah but that's why there's a million genres expressing positive emotions come to think of it, there's a bit of a 'fun' element in the noise projects of Richard Ramirez, although it once again is still literally noise, so it's hard to see how it would really express some actual happiness speaking of which: Black Leather Jesus - Work Song
