yeah...that's the problem with noise realy. at it's best it's harsh and things that are harsh aren't really happy feel good things
 
and when I say problem I don't an actual problem, juts to be clear
yeah but that's why there's a million genres expressing positive emotions
come to think of it, there's a bit of a 'fun' element in the noise projects of Richard Ramirez, although it once again is still literally noise, so it's hard to see how it would really express some actual happiness
