Peter Gabriel, Maynard James Keenan, David Gilmour, Daniel Gildenlow, etc.. I honestly don't find Geddy Lee's voice that unique, just like any other prog singer with a high voice.

Your
example is something else, because in your case the so-called "unique"
cars are not unique by definition. But there could be more than one
unique car in the race, as long as no two of them are alike. |
following this thread made my head spin.

peter hammil - he has such diversity in the tone of his voice...he can sing softly and beautifully, of
hard and in your face
Peter Gabriel - has a very unique octave and has the gruff sound to his voice which strongly compliments his more emmotional songs like "In Your Eyes"

I think all great singers are unique. One of the marks of greatness is not sounding like everyone else. On the other hand, if by "unique" we mean "weird-sounding", then it's quite another matter... Anyway, how come no one mentioned Kate Bush?

The idea of someone being more unique than another is absurd. You are either unique or not, you cannot quantify it.
