Maybe the best year of prog (that or 73/75) so thought I'd do a top 10:

1. Crime Of The Century (10/10)
2. The Lamb Lies Down On Broadway (10/10)
3. Rock Bottom (9/10)
4. The Power And The Glory (9/10)
5. Red (9/10)
6. Mirage (9/10)
7. Relayer (9/10)
8. Phaedra (8/10)
9. Starless And Bible Black (8/10)
10. Exotic Birds And Fruit or The Silent Corner And The Empty Stage (7/10)

plus Rush's debut, but not exactly prog.

Not one mention of either of Hammill's classics? For shame.

For me, it is one of those - today, if i had to pick one it would be Silent Corner.

I would Probably have to go with lamb. My second choice would be red. I never thought relayer was that good.

So many good releases that year, it is almost impossible to say, yet the first one that came to my mind was Relayer.  That must be it, then.
