Yes, just that I grew up on Yes, and all the memories involved is enough.

No sense in waiting.. I know which way I was going to vote last week.

If it had been either of the other 4 Italian bigs.. they would have got my vote (PFM, Osanna) or would have been pulling teeth to decide (Area, Le Orme).  Banco is great, Yes just greater as far as personal enjoyment.  I think a lot breaks down to Yes flat out can rock and knock your shoes off and Banco simply doesn't with very few exceptions.

Yes it is..

Yes

Banco deserves some kind of consolation prize. They're too good not to win something.

Banco had the honor of knocking Porcupine Tree out of this contest ClapLOL

Now Osanna was band too good, with one of the greatest of ALL prog albums under their belt and lots of other good ones to have gone out with so little of whimper.  Horrible draw for them against Tull in the 1st round.

Even though I voted for Banco, it was obvious that only Genesis or maybe King Crimson could defeat Yes (Or be defeated by Yes).

But it has surprised me, that Banco got so many votes.

I've voted for Yes but Banco has surprised me too. Nice to see that it has so much love here.

Even though I'm glad Banco is receiving so many votes, I'm afraid I have to vote for Yes. Against some others of the big ones I might actually have gone with Banco, but not Yes. As for the singer, I really love both, though Francesco is perhaps even more unique... which is no small feat while competing with Jon Anderson.
