David Gilmour, Derek Shulman, Trey Anastasio (maybe less than the others), Robert Plant and Ian Gillan come to mind.

The last one probably needs some explanation as she will not be know to anyone that has never heard a Glass Hammer album. Absolutely lovely voice and GH paid due tribute to her by doing a 'pop' album called Three Cheers For The Broken Hearted. Sneered at on here but I think its beautifull.
