Here is how my mood changed on that day that I come across on my laptop.
Find a softwareBig smile downloading LOL installation finishesConfused see problemsAngry can't get rid of ads Cry now I'm sick Dead
I was going to download a book reader so that I can read conveniently with my laptop as my kindle has gone dead after I dropped it in water.
Unfortunately, maybe I went to the wrong place or downloaded the inappropriate thing. I did have the reader work but when I read, windows will occur from corners of the screen. I thought they came along with this reader so I immediately uninstalled it. But no luck, I'm still in the nightmare that my laptop fulfilled with ads pop-ups (I believe my laptop must have been attacked by hackers?).
Have searched a lot on Google and they say Roll Around is a potentially unwanted program that often attaches to most renowned browsers including Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome and Internet Explorer. After it accesses the target computer systems it begins to keep popping up in the top of every page on the browsers as well as on search results whatever types of browsers the users are using. Quoted from here.
Anyway, can anyone help me with this? BTW, is there some software that are GOOD for reading?

Hi, and welcome to PA.

1) Did you try using web-forums that specialize in the kind of issue you've encountered?
2) What kind of browser do you use, and what other methods have you tried to fix your problem?
3) Do you have Geek Squad or anything of the kind in Korea, people who deal with software (security) issues?
4) What kind of reader are you talking about, and what do you mean by software for reading? What kind of reading are we talking?

Best wishes,

 - Andrey.

How odd that someone making their first post on a prog music site wants to discuss downloading online readers. There is a certain air of spammishness to a post like that. Not saying said poster is spam, of course, but then I am a cynic.

^ My exact thoughts. Hence my recommendation for checking out more appropriate web-forums.

Thank u for your kindness. Smile
I am not good at such cases so I finally asked one of my friend to help me fix it. Anyway, I don't want to be that fool again.
By the way, I like your signature and want to read about this book (if it is). Could u please tell me the name of it? Thanks again.

Now I'm more convinced this is spam (without ads, like a practice spam or something).

Seriously, you are protecting this forum because you like it. It's not cynic anyhow.. Ur.. Well, I might have been too ODD here. But this is a new account because my registered email was attacked. I love reading books and listening to music but I'm not so specialize in them so I seldom post or say something. I was in bad mood and feel hopeless (hyperbole) at that time so ..
Anyway, it is my fault to discuss an off-topic. Just like putting an egg in the fruit basket. Apology and good wishes.

^ This isn't off-topic since this thread is in the "General Discussions" lounge. It just looks suspicious that a newbie starts off by writing a post that is not prog-related and 80% of which doesn't make sense to a person from Russia with ESL (English as second language).

Also, for the love of god, get someone/something else to write in English for you.

I'm thinking of putting an egg in a fruit basket, just for kicks.
