Wow .... how good would the drugs have to be to get into Jan Dukes de Grey ? I don't know them but the young me would have worn that LP to dust, the old me not so much.
Need to heed Mickey's wise words and vote for the album not the band but even so, PFM.

I got into JDDG on alcohol alone, fantastic album. |
I didn't even need that, it's some good stuff all on it's own!

Tactical voting is going to make no difference so I'm going with my favorite here, Jan Dukes De Gray, fantastic album.

PFM.
I dig the Moodies, but I was never a huge fan of that particular album outside of some of the poppy rock tunes (which are fantastic btw). The whole shifting into full-blown orchestra deal always got on my nerves. I'm more of a To My Children's... type of fan.

god I love that album... 2nd fav after Threhold of a Dream. This one would be 3rd. I do love the orchestral bits... and even after a 1000 listens.. it never gets old...Nights in White Satin brings tears of beauty to my eyes.

Jan Dukes de Grey, Mice and Rats in the Loft.

When he rides, my fears subside. For darkness turns once more to light. Through the skies, his white horse flies. To find a land beyond the night.
