A toss-up between Phideaux and miRthkon for me, as both albums are among my faves from the past 10 years or so. As Phideaux does not seem to need a boost, I'll go for miRthkon - a great band I hope I will be able to see on stage once again.

Phideaux, Snowtorch.

Looks like Ozrics don't need my help so I'll go for the excellent miRthkon

Voted miRthkon before Pure Reason Revolution and Phideaux. Not an Ozric's fan, although I respect them highly for their creativity.

this has been quite good.. but just not quite good enough. Good enough for strong 3rd place showing here for me. It seems miRhkon is flat-lining on the operating table but I'm saving the vote for later just in case some leggy nurses with big tits jump starts the album heart here haha. Going to Phideaux otherwise to help them possibly move on. However f it came down to between the two.. it would go to miRhkon. Great album man.. surprised in a way they might need the help. Great album.. but nearly all of these are. I do remember Phideaux used to have quite the fanclub here.

I liked the posted sample of the PRR.. I'l be checking them out but likely the vote is going miRthkon/Phideaux
|
only one to check in this.. and will get to tomorrow.. SC3 just blew my fuse for the evening.. now time for a Willie album to recover....hmmm.. the Troublemaker it is..
|
ok... I think I have recovered from SC 3 (did listen to Book M today on the way to work.. well a portion of it as I spent most of the drive on the phone). Onwards I go... will be checking out PRR.

While it was tough for me to vote against Phideaux I had to go with The Dark Third. One of my favorite discoveries from this site.

Have both of miRthkon's albums, but neither have quite grabbed me. Didn't like TDD, but enjoyed both Snowtorch and Jurassic Shift. Vote goes to the former.

Jurassic Shift...although a couple of others are quite good. Jurassic Shift though, played that thing with my buds driving around in a van high as kites in the early 90's.
Don't do that sort of thing kids, you could get into an accident and lose half of your head and some limbs (so I am told).
