Jean Louis is the type of act I really dig these days. Great stuff so I certainly voted FOR them, but yeah Opeth really aren't my thing.

Sheesh. Jean Louis I can get. It is what it is and while that isn't what I choose to listen to on a regular basis it is worthy of note. What stuns me is its seeming popularity. You people are weird. Oh yes ..... I've just spent 15 minutes searching for an album called S/T. Embarrassed  Oh my, sometimes I even surprise myself.

perhaps we are weird.. but it is some really cool stuff man. I really dig the album and is much in line with my current tastes and likes, that said, if this had been a different Opeth album I would have voted for Ghost Reveries.. and would have over a great many other albums in the contest. That was a fanfrickintastic album...and one of my most favorite of modern prog albums

Jean Louis first blew me away as well. I did not not enjoy Morse as much as their debut. Anyone tried Uranus? Wasn't even aware that had released a (two year old) third album - until today.

which has a great 4th round matchup ahead of it against the Ske - Miasma winner.  A number of really good ones are on tap actually. Great stylistic matchups. Only one potential stinker at first glance
