As tacky as everyone finds the cover art, I think it fits perfectly! The entire black/pink contrast actually captures how overwhelmingly dark and grim yet colourful and psychedelic the record is at the same time, not to mention how the band gets tension-and-release songwriting dynamics down to an alchemical science here.
