As much as I love "Harlequin", my vote goes to "Looking For Someone".

Eleventh Earl of Mar. Strange list but that one is a shoe in for top 10 Genesis songs for me. Love it to bits.

Absolutely.
From the list, I'd pick The Fountain of Salamacis (which was the very first Genesis song I ever heard, on a sampler album called Charisma Keyboards).
That album turned me on to Genesis and Rare Bird (and off Van de Graaff Generator) for life.

Indeed you managed to leave out all of my very favourites. As a matter of fact, many of this songs are among the ones that annoy me the most from them. My favourites from the classic era are: Musical Box, Supper's Ready, Dancing with the Moonlit Knight, Firth of Fifth, and Musical Box. I might add In the Cage, and perhaps even The Knife, specially the live version which includes the classic line-up. From the post-Gabriel albums I should consider One for the Vine at the same level as this other songs I mentioned, though I do like some others. From the post-Hackett albums, I guess mainly Home by the Sea / Second Home by the Sea is just about as good too, though once again, there are many others I do like a lot. From the ones posted, I had to go with Mama.

The Knife, probably, but there's also I Know What I Like (In Your Wardrobe), Squonk, Afterglow, Mama, Fading Lights, Watcher of the Skies, and Los Endos as well as the best tracks here.

It is too easy to overlook Fountain in these sort of polls, but not this time.

Umm, hard one. But Lamia amongst these songs gets my vote. Although Epping Forrest and Salmancis could it be too. Or a lot of other songs here... But listening to Lamia, the refrain almost always sends shivers down my spine :-) It's sooo wonderful...

Well, this is impossible I suppose I'll go for Stagnation, as it would definitely make my top 10 Genesis tracks and it's not doing so well.

Looking for Someone, followed by The Fountain of Salmacis, The Lamia, Dodo, and Man of Our Time.
Can-Utility and the Coastliners is really one of their best songs.
